in the topic Compressor, Episode Encoder and PP2 in the forum Mac OS X Server and Services
Hi everyone, I have a few quick questions which I hope someone may be able to answer: I'm spec-ing up a Podcast Producer 2 system and wish to utilise Episode Encoder some way down the line. They stipulate it works with Compressor. So, I assume Compressor doesn't come with Server 10.6 and I need to buy Final Cut Server to get it. Is that correct? Do I need a copy of Compressor (and therefore a boxed set of Final Cut Server per xgrid(Qmaster) node?Does anyone have any experience in a setup like this? Any pitfalls I should be aware of?Many thanks in advance, Dave Lee
