    Our library lends Flip video cameras for students to capture footage for various course assingments (and whatever they want). We have two aging first gens and four second gens. I am considering investing in three of four iPod Touch (current gen) to suppliement (and replace) the Flips.   I am curious if anyone has any experience with the devices specifically for video and audio capturing. We have an iPad 2 that we check out and it seems to work well.     Hi Chris, I have an InCase Slider (http://goincase.com/products/detail/slider-case-cl59667). I had it for my iPhone 4 and still use it for my new iPhone 4S. It does a great job protecting the device and doesn't get stuck in my pocket (like silicone ones). I even fell down some stairs, landed on my phone, and the case protected the phone (the case suffered with a few cracks, but still usable. Amazon.com usually has good prices.
